Thank you for shopping with us. Please go through our Returns Policy to obtain additional information concerning Returns on any product ordered from our Website.


No Satisfaction Returns/Exchanges


Every Product we ship to you is brand new (exactly as received from the manufacturer).


Given the nature of the products, we cannot offer satisfaction returns due to safety reasons for other customers and our employees and due to existing health and safety regulations. We advise you to please select your products carefully before you place an order with us. If you choose the wrong size or color of item, or an entirely different item, it cannot be exchanged for something else different. All sales are final.




If you change your mind for any reason, you have a right to cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund. We work on a same day dispatch system, so please try to cancel your order as early as possible in order to avoid any inconveniences involved with returning your order.


Damaged / Faulty Products


At SugaSpank we are committed to selling only first-quality products and accessories. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped.


For Damaged or Faulty Products, we offer a 7-Day Replacement Warranty. If you find your Product to be faulty, please contact us within 7 days so we may replace it with an identical Product.  If we are unable to replace your product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value.

Kindly note that standard postage fees apply for all return orders on faulty products. We will send you a replacement product, at no extra charge; within 7 days from the date we receive the faulty product.
